Maina Cafe chef Stu Wilkins will spend December 25 cooking a special community lunch for 150 people from around Hastings.
The Christmas Day Community Lunch organised by Havelock North's Age Concern fed 120 people last year and another 30 are expected this year.
To ensure the lunch happens organisers are appealing for donations of food.
