Honest mechanic
I only moved to the Bay 6 months ago and have found the people here amazing. The latest very positive experienced was, when Shaun Tomlinson, the mechanic I had booked my car into because VTNZ had failed my front break pads, rang me up 5 minutes after I dropped off the car to tell me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. He could have just replaced them without me being any wiser, instead of now having an unfilled time slot. So anyone looking for a mechanic, Shaun would be my recommendation.
Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
