New Foodbank Project hub launched in the Hawke's Bay
To celebrate World Food Day, we're delighted to share that we've launched a new Foodbank Project hub in the Hawkes Bay!
Stephen and the team at The Salvation Army Napier are grateful to receive donations made through The Foodbank Project. When people come to their foodbank seeking support, they are able to use your donation in food parcels, along with other essential items help get them through the tough times they're facing ❤
Sign up to become a Foodbank Project donor and donate a Hawkes Bay bundle today!
Huge thanks to our incredible partners Countdown Supermarkets and Lucid - we couldn't do this without their support!
Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
Do you think this ban is reasonable?
