Get fit for summer
Ahead of the cold, dark winter months, it's the perfect time to rent exercise equipment.
Why?
1) You don’t need to travel anywhere and you don’t need the latest workout gear.
2) You can watch your favourite TV program while working out, without judgement.
3) If it’s too cold or dark outside – you can exercise in the comfort of your own home.
4) And best of all, if you are recovering from surgery or an injury then renting fitness equipment could speed up and aid your recovery.
We have a range of treadmills, exercise bikes, rowers and cross trainers. Get in touch with Mr Rental today.
Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
