Woolworths online issues
Hi. I am interested if any neighbours have had a problem with Woolworths deducting your online order payment from your credit card and then losing the order and making it so hard to get them to give the money back. They do eventually but it can take up to 7 days for them to refund your money because they blame the bank for holding it up. To me its theft because you are short in my case $200 that is for groceries until they refund the money. The person I spoke to at the bank to see if they could help said it had happened to them as well. This is the second time it has happened to me now. Not acceptable.
