The furnished room includes a wardrobe, 3 drawer unit, a chair, and king single-size bed. $235/pw in advance. Must pay by bank transfer (no cash). The rent includes a furnished room, internet, and power. Tenant must have 40-hour DAYTIME work. No unemployed, shift or night workers, addicts, pets, children or anything else noisy.
