One-on-one personal training

Maria from Parkvale

I've had people say to me "I know I have to exercise/get stronger/become more flexible (whatever it is!), but I don't know where to start and I don’t have time.”

Well, it's time to start and I can help you.

I specialise in working one-on-one (in person and online) with men and women, guiding them to build their strength and flexibility, gain confidence in their bodies and abilities, and make time for exercise.

Our sessions will be tailored to your unique needs and will fit in with your diary commitments.

I’ll personalise sessions where I’ll guide you through movements and exercises so you’re not having to show up to work out alone.

I like to use:

* Functional movements
* Bodyweight exercises that focus on full body, core, legs, arms
* Grip strength exercises
* Balance practice

So don't put it off - DM me to schedule a consultation call to see what it's like to work with me one-on-one.
