Installation of new stormwater pipe on Caernarvon Drive
Contractors have begun work on the installation of a new stormwater pipe running from Caernarvon Drive down Swansea Road and into the new Flaxmere Town Centre development. At the same time, another crew will be working along Caernarvon Drive constructing new kerb and channel ahead of reconstructing the road.
The work is scheduled to take 5 weeks to complete (weather dependent). During this time, two-way traffic will be maintained along with off-street car parking on Caernarvon Drive.
This work will be completed as quickly as possible to minimise disruption for residents and road users.
