Following the School Strike 4 Climate, rangatahi have approached the Wellington City Council with a petition and succeeded in getting them to declare a climate emergency. This means recognising the risk of climate change, adopting aims to transition to a green economy, and applying principles of localisation and sustainability across municipal systems. Tomorrow at 4.00pm at St Columba's Church. A short gathering involvong children and families in telling the Christmas story. Children (and grown-ups) can dress up as angels, shepherds, Mary and Joseph, wise people or animals. ALL ARE WELCOME
