Humble sausage sizzle raises much needed funds for local charities

The Warehouse New Zealand

We’ve enabled local charities to raise over $367,000 last year through the use of our community BBQs. Some of our team have also got involved, like dedicated Dave cooking up a feast every weekend. Check out the video below to see why Dave fires up the BBQ each weekend and the next time you walk past don’t forget to purchase a sausage sizzle as all funds go back to your local community. Julie Neighbourly Lead from Havelock North

HNHS is in need of him stay host families, short and long term. Including over the Christmas holidays.
Do you have too in your home/family for an international student.

The school pays $320/week (on a fortnightly retroactive basis) for families to provide a home w meals for students from all over the world.
The students have their own allowances to pay for treats, and odds and ends they may need.

Families may need to be able to work with and cater for dietary needs such as lactose intolerance.

Please contact Alicia Scott at homestay@hnhs.school.nz or call HNHS on 06 877 8129 as soon as possible.
