From 1 April, I will be the new owner of the Women’s Fitness Studio in Hastings 🌟

A bit about me, Maria Pearson:

* RegisteredΒ Exercise Professional - REPs registered
* BPhEd and MPhEd - University of Otago
Β
My focus is women's health. I am passionate about healthyΒ aging and staying well and robust as we get older. I’ve run a number of public talks on the topic.

I have previously worked at EIT where I was a researcher and lectured human anatomy and physiology to first year nursing students.

There will be no changes in the gym initially but there may be some interesting changes as I get settled in.

I will spend time in the gym (916 Heretaunga Street East, Hastings) starting Tuesday 7th February at different times.
Β
I am excited about meeting everyone at the Women's Fitness Studio and sharing my knowledge and ideas!

Message me if you have any queries.
