Latin Danza Fit combines a number of elements that trigger at least 3 hormone releases.. Endorphins.. the Pain killer, triggered with laughter, dancing, among other things :Serotonin.. The mood Stabiliser, triggered by deep breathing, cardio and sun exposure :Dopamine... The reward/motivation chemical, triggered with exercise, listening to music, finishing a task, music and dancing, leaving you with a smile.. You may feel your not a dancer or not coordinated, but this is not important.. Our amazing Hillary Hikers from Edmund Hillary Village showed their support for Bowel Cancer New Zealand's Move Your Butt campaign this month!
Sporting the bright purple and orange campaign shirts, these wonderful walkers hit the Auckland waterfront and marched from Mission Bay to Kohimarama, raising awareness for bowel cancer and the importance of early detection along the way.
