Pipe hold-up - Te Mata Road
Pulling the pipe under Te Mata Rd today has not quite been completed. While most of the intersections have been cleared, there is no right turn into or out of James Cook St. Residents along the stretch from James Cook St and Everest Ave are being individually advised that they cannot turn right into or out of their driveways. The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)

Cleaning a heat pump
Hi everyone. Can anyone recommend a reliable and reasonable company to clean our heat pump. We used it on cold for a couple of days and when turning it back to warm it has a smell. We get it serviced yearly but the firm we use is expensive.
