Do you or someone you know suffer from arthritis? Come along to our series of workshops about arthritis care. Marion Pawson is an arthritis educator and she will discuss ways to prepare for an emergency and how to reduce the impact of such events on yourself, your family and the community. Speaking on Nature
This month Kay Griffiths (The Conservation Company) is coming to talk about Pekapeka/Bats - the NZ Long-tailed Bat in particular. Classed as nationally critical, a colony has recently been discovered in Central Hawkes Bay. Little is known about the colonies in the area so the Department of Conservation and Lotteries are funding research by The Conservation Company.
