Our Barista will need to
* Ensure the best coffee is provided every time
* Assist to train other Team members to build skills to be a competent barista
* Multitask as a retail sales/service role
Our Retail Sales/Service team member will need to
* Promote and sell products in store
* Provide full information to customers on users of these products
* Manage tills as required, ensuring correct charging and balancing at the end of the day/shift
All team members will also need to
Provide exceptional customers service
Work as a team with the owners and other staff members to create a unique atmosphere that will bring the customers back
Maintain a clean and friendly environment in store
Positions are part time and rostered, with the requirement to work across weekends when rostered on
