Hastings farmers calling on community help in wake of vicious dog attacks
Local farmers and the Hastings District Council are calling on the community to help be their eyes and ears in the face of a spate of vicious dog attacks on stock in the district.
Over the last month, 143 sheep have have been killed in different locations, and farmers are devastated. "We take great pride in finishing our stock well. All of us are up throughout the night monitoring the stock and we need these dog owners to be responsible."

Who Wants to do some Dance Fitness by the Beach?
It's that time of year again and I am looking to get an idea how many people would like to work off all the holiday wine and other goodies with some fun cardio dance classes at Waimarama Hall!
