Poll: Have you ever been to a ceilidh?
In a galaxy not so far away - Hamilton, to be precise - lightsabers clashed with lively reels as the worlds of Star Wars and Celtic folk dance collided on May the Fourth.
The event, hosted by Dance Folkus, saw seven or eight youngsters arrive in full galactic regalia: a yellow R2-D2, a baby Luke Skywalker, Baby Yoda props, and more, some clad in pleated plaid.

‘Simply irresponsible’: Wallaby likely kept as pet in Hamilton, regional council says
A wallaby spotted in Hamilton was probably kept as a pet, the regional council says - and that’s “simply irresponsible”.
The dama wallaby, which had an immature joey in its pouch, was spotted in Frankton on March 3, reported and killed, Waikato Regional Council says.
