Poll: Have you or has someone you know used the renal centre?

Libby Reporter from Waikato Local

A squash club has given way to a kidney centre at Waikato Hospital in a $44.4 million project that’s been called “mana affirming” for patients.

The Waikato Regional Renal Centre has brought over 100 clinical staff under one roof - kidney specialists, nurses, clinical nurse specialists for dialysis education and transplant, psychologists, kaitiaki, podiatrists, social workers, and dieticians.

Have you or has someone you know used the renal centre? Tell us more in the comments (adding NFP if you don't want your words used in print).
