A little about me!
Real estate has been my passion since 1992. I ran my own successful Real Estate Company in West Auckland before moving to the Waikato.
I take great pride and satisfaction in the work I do to assist buyers and sellers fulfill their real estate needs.
The main skills I bring with me are loyalty to my clients; ability to listen and understand clients’ needs and negotiating successful outcomes for all parties. I will always go the extra mile and work extremely hard for you. I believe buying and selling your home should be an enjoyable experience, not a daunting one full of hidden stress and surprises.
My aim is to be sought after because of my excellent reputation and my ability to make your real estate dreams actually happen.

Hamilton City Council is defending a $60,000 spend on a flood of water management PR featuring a TV personality as residents face huge rates rises.
At a time of council cash constraints, Te Radar - real name Andrew Lumsden - catches the eye on the council’s Facebook page, where he currently features in three “explainer” video clips about Hamilton’s water services.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
