These would provide activities and social experiences for puppies 8 to 16 weeks of age who have started their vaccinations. The groups would be closely supervised by me and I will talk you through the what and why we are doing what we're doing.
1 hour on a weekend (not every weekend)
6 puppies per session.
Cost approx $20.00 per puppy per session.
You would need to book in advance so I could group puppies appropriately.

Think boot camp crossed with HIIT class, but for beginners! I am starting up classes in the mornings so you can drop your kids to school and come and join me for a 45 minute class at 9.15am. This is designed for those who are keen to start their fitness journey and try something new. Over a number of weeks we will be slowly building up our fitness to push our limits and not only tone and strengthen our bodies, but gain confidence too. About Me: I am a Mum to 4 and I know how busy life can be. But making time to exercise is so important, especially the older you get! There is a creche with lots of toys for toddlers to play in if you want to bring them along and there are plenty of back rooms to put babies down to sleep in their prams. I want to make this easy for you! Come and join me and let me keep you accountable for exercising.
