Large Sofa Suite - must move quick!
We have decided to replace our large sofa set with a corner suite so this one must go. It's tidy, but imperfect. Set includes a 3 seater, a 2 seater and a large single seater in a beige weave fabric with leather accents. There are small areas of cat decorating (distress) on the back corners of the 2 large sofas as shown in the photos, but this can't be seen from the front.
I will steam clean them prior to collection for you.
Happy to negotiate on price, if you can take them away soon.

Derelict Tokanui Hospital site in line for a clean-up
Derelict Tokanui Hospital buildings will be demolished and contaminated land cleaned up so the site can be offered back to iwi.
The former psychiatric hospital, southeast of Te Awamutu, sits on land taken from Ngāti Maniapoto under the Public Works Act in 1910.
