***NEW 6 WEEKS COREFIT POSTPARTUM***

Here, at Energised By Fitness we are all about supporting mums and helping them to return into exercise as safely as possible. We have decided to offer a 6 weeks block of CoreFit Postpartum classes designed especially for mums with babies in their first year of postpartum no matter how many children you already may have.
Message us directly with any questions or registration.

✅1 hour group session for 6 weeks on Mondays from 24th May (no session on Monday 7th June/Queens birthday)
✅gentle strengthening of the core and pelvic floor in the first postpartum year or mums wanting to return back into exercise safely
✅ suitable from 6 -12 weeks post birth
✅ suitable for diastasic, pelvic floor dysfunction and post cesarean section rehabilitation
✅ babies and children friendly, mums community
✅led by Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and Women’s Wellness Practitioner
✅ small group for maximum support

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
