Council offices and libraries closed Friday
Waikato council offices and libraries will be closed this Friday December 6 due to staff taking part in a Waikato-wide working bee.
Staff will be doing a wide range of activities including plant releasing and weeding at Lake Rotokauri, Lake Kainui and Lake Puketirini, lending a hand at Huntly St John, cleaning windows and visiting residents at Huntly’s Kimihia Rest Home.
Phones will remain open so customers can continue to phone on 0800 492 452. Normal office hours will resume on Monday 9 December.

This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
