Tamahere Lions July 19th Social - Dinner & Guest Speaker
The Tamahere Lions Club have invited a guest speaker – Michaela Latimer to talk about Intuitive Eating. Michaela is a certified Intuitive Eating practitioner, member of the Association for Size Diversity And Health (ASDAH) and fierce advocate of the Health At Every Size (HAES) movement.
The event starts at 6pm with drinks and mingle followed by the Intuitive Eating presentation at 6.30pm.
The dinner is to be served at 7.30pm. It is a set menu with the Main Course of Moroccan Spiced Chicken Breast with a mushroom sauce served with Seasonal Vegetables and Potato dish of the day. The dessert is White Chocolate and Raspberry Cheesecake.
