SPRING HAS ARRIVED here at Woodside! To celebrate we will be hosting an Open Garden Festival on 19 & 20 October. There will be live music in the garden, craft beer on tap and maybe even a chance to see some of our local talent showcasing their artwork. A child has found a house. The market feels like it’s moving. There’s pressure to act quickly. And before anyone has really had time to think it through, parents are being asked to step in with cash, guarantees, or equity from their own home.
