After two years of road works and a “long struggle” for businesses behind the barriers, a north Hamilton project is finished.
The Borman Road project has been a thorn in the side for those operating in Horsham Village as the Hamilton City Council - through contractors Fulton Hogan - upgraded the thoroughfare from rural to urban.
