Any suggestions please

Felicity from Rototuna North

My elderly father-in-law is very frail and has difficulty getting out of his armchair due to the rocking mechanism. Does anyone know where I can go to get something made to hold the chair firm and basically stop the rocking mechanism from being able to rock? I had a look on google and you can get wooden blockers but I’m not sure where to go to have one made up as all the carpenters seem to be cabinet/kitchen focussed, not a little job like this. Thanks in advance for any help pointing me in the right direction :)

Will you check out the Meatstock festival? Tell us your reasons in the comments (adding NFP if you don't want your words used in print).
