BREAKING: Wintec boss retires amid probes

Big news from a major player in the city's education system just in - Wintec chief executive Mark Flowers has announced his retirement.
He announced his retirement on Thursday morning, stating ongoing health issues. The move comes as two investigations are ongoing into Wintec spending and conduct at the provider.

Grant Kilby has always loved camping. His mum was director of health at the YMCA, and he would attend YMCA camps in the school holidays. “I think it was mandatory that I was there,” he jokes.
