Prepare for this by not only working on your push-ups but also on getting to your feet and back down smoothly and without using your knees. My advice is do not wait to start working on this. You cannot achieve the fitness necessary for this in three months. Blue belts - start the process now so you can build up to it.

Cambridge may not have to say goodbye to its historic water tower just yet as the council investigates a new, more affordable, way to preserve it.

However its final fate may rest on the outcome of a new detailed seismic assessment due to be completed by the end of the year.
