Selling our unfinished motorhome. 11mtr Mitzi Fuzo 1991, new COF, REGO be put on for new owner ok well what needs finished. Bedroom - walls need to be done, some parts already insulated and cupboard doors to be fitted and carpet. Hallway - insulation, lining and carpet. Bathroom - plumbing of toilet, shower and basin and lining needs attention. Kitchen - pantry needs replaced, oven needs to be hooked up to gas bottles and califont and extractor fan fitted. Lounge area - wallpaper needs replaced and carpet. I think thats all and throu out bus roof lining needs to be done. If u have any questions dont hesitate to ask. Or want to see more pics. Thnks

Scam Alert: Bank cold calls
ASB is warning customers about reports of cold calls from scammers claiming to be from ASB. These scammers are trying to obtain personal information, including usernames, dates of birth, and verification codes sent to your mobile phone.
🛡️ The "Caller Check" Test
If you get a call from someone claiming to be from ASB and you’re unsure, just ask them for a Caller Check. You will then be able to verify the call through the app.
Remember, banks will:
❌ Never ask for your banking passwords, PINs, or verification codes
❌ Never need to know your full credit card number – especially the CVC
❌ Never ask you to download software or remotely access your device
❌ Never ask you to purchase gift cards or transfer funds.
If you have received a phone call and think your account has been compromised, call ASB on 0800 ASB FRAUD (0800 272 372), or visit your local branch.
Will these roadworks affect you?
Don’t expect a quick trip between Cambridge and Tamahere for much of this year, because major roadworks are starting.
Asphalt works on that section of Waikato Expressway will run from March through to late 2026, NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) says. Motorists are warned to plan for significant delays.
“Unfortunately the pavement, particularly in the slow lanes, has deteriorated faster than expected,” NZTA’s Roger Brady said.
