A city eatery says it’s struggling to stay afloat as hospitality businesses push on after one of industry’s hardest years.

Customers in the CBD are spending less and struggle with parking, cafes and restaurants say. There are also “up and down” customer numbers and street sleepers making the CBD feel unsafe.
