Computer is running slow or virus problem?

If your computer is running slow, the most probable reason is you have a traditional HDD (Hard Disk Drive). Please see attached images of what the HDD and SSD look like inside.

HDD VS SSD

HDDs can copy 30 to 150 MB per second (MB/s), while standard SSDs perform the same action at speeds of 500 MB/s. Newer NVME SSDs can even show speeds of up to an astounding 3,000 to 3,500 MB/s. Starting gun sounds for housing on Te Rapa Racecourse land with re-zoning
