And the result from the 2019 Volunteer Excellence Awards are in! The winner of the Volunteer of the Year Award is MARY MAXWELL - nominated by English Language Partners Waikato.
More than 60 hours a month is spent by Mary preparing, teaching, visiting and helping to solve problems. She empathises strongly with the people she helps and loves to see them grow into confident members of the local community.
