MISSING DOG
Our dog has gone missing from Hamilton East. He is very loved and missed. We noticed him missing about 6pm last night. He was seen at Steele Park. He will be scared and we are worried that he has been taken. He doesn't just wander off on his own as is normally off his chain and inside or on the doorstep. Please if you know anything contact me ASAP.
We don't have any money but if our dog is returned we will do whatever we can to thank whoever gets him back to us.
Waikato Hospital needs to be open about mistakes
EDITORIAL: For all the travails assailing public hospitals, transparency should not be one of them.
Hospitals used to own up to their mistakes in a very public fashion. Each year they published a list of “Sentinel Events” — the most serious incidents involving patient harm.
That window of openness has slammed shut.

But whether Hamilton East’s Ryan Hamilton, Hamilton West’s Tama Potaka and soon-to-be Labour list MP Georgie Dansey have the combined power to shunt transport minister Chris Bishop and Prime Minister Christopher Luxon onto their line of thinking remains to be seen.
