In a move that marks a significant milestone in its journey, Volare, one of the country’s fastest-growing artisan bakeries, has shifted into a sprawling new factory with the capacity to quadruple production.

What began as a two-person dream in a converted garage has flourished into a thriving business employing nearly 150 people and fuelling a bread-loving community across Waikato and beyond.
