I am sure I am not the only well skilled tradesman out of work and keep being denied an opportunity to work. 8% unemployment is a big lie from the government as I have heard often this new Red, Orange & Green Traffic Light Covid19 plan has ruined the risk of a lot of companies wanting to employ people, they can't get subsidies on Red Light but could under the old Level 3 so that is why they won't employ more people where the people I talked with all have suggested a few hundred more jobs here in Hamilton alone.
