Harmony Spectacular! Saturday 10th September

Richard from Cambridge

A fabulous concert featuring quality singing by some of New Zealand's best choruses and quartets! The Waikato Rivertones are this country's champion women's chorus and have also had considerable international success. Mighty River Harmony is one of the best men's choruses, and home to the highly entertaining quartet "The Usual Suspects".
We have been lucky to secure for the programme New Zealand's gold medal winning women's quartet, the amazing "Unlimited".
The four-part harmony style of these groups requires precise timing and tuning, and it has been years since we have been able to assemble such an impressive line-up in the Waikato. The concert is being held in Waikato University's Gallagher Academy of Performing Arts, a venue with superb acoustics.
Saturday 10th September, 7pm. Limited tickets available from chorus members and from Ticketek.

Poll: Do you use the district nursing service?

Libby Totton Reporter from Waikato Times

The health system has been accused of breaking the law amid sky-rocketing demand for community-based nurses in Waikato.

This comes as the supply of district nurses lags behind referral increases of more than 100%, leading to staff burn out and an “unprecedented” service failure.

Do you use the district nursing service? Tell us more in the comments (adding NFP if you don't want your words used in print).
