FOR SALE – Toyota Camry Gracia 2.5L station wagon.

Susan from Chartwell

White. Grey interior. Good condition. 1998. Radio, CD, cruise control. Automatic transmission.
WOF until July 2019. Rego until April 2019.
Engine replaced in 2018 and has done 197,520km. Cambelt replaced in 2016.
It still runs well and has coped brilliantly with my commute to Te Awamutu every day. It is still comfortable to drive and sit in and is easy to handle. Toyotas go on and on and 200km on this engine means it should have a few years left in it yet. $1,200, but will negotiate.

Price: $1,200

Poll: Would you help your kids out with buying a home?

Libby Totton Reporter from Waikato Times

A child has found a house. The market feels like it’s moving. There’s pressure to act quickly. And before anyone has really had time to think it through, parents are being asked to step in with cash, guarantees, or equity from their own home.

Libby Totton Reporter from Waikato Times

Central Hamilton businesses are welcoming police being given new powers to move on vagrants, with a city retail advocate saying the previous hands-off approach wasn’t working.

On Sunday the Government announced it would grant police powers to order any individual rough sleeping, begging, or displaying disorderly behaviour to move on.
