Casual Personal Training sessions
Hey all my name is Brad, I am 26 years old and I have recently qualified as a personal trainer at NZIHF.
I am looking for people to work with to build up my skill level. Also this would be a great way to meet some of you.
I can do customised plans and 1 on 1 sessions at either my house or yours

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)

Discovery of remains could answer one question but leave more
It’s been more than 900 days since Alvina Smith last saw her partner Shane Edwards - standing at the kitchen sink doing dishes.
Now, if human remains found near a Tokoroa creek turn out to be his, it’ll resolve at least one of her many questions.
