Toy Library
Did you know that the Family Wise Trust operate a Toy Library in this area? Situated at 154 Ohaupo road the Toy Library has many toys that you can borrow for a set time, giving your children or Grandchildren a chance to experience different toys and activities. The Toy library is open on a Tuesday afternoon 3.30-4.30 and Thursday mornings 9 - 10 am.

Derelict Tokanui Hospital site in line for a clean-up
Derelict Tokanui Hospital buildings will be demolished and contaminated land cleaned up so the site can be offered back to iwi.
The former psychiatric hospital, southeast of Te Awamutu, sits on land taken from Ngāti Maniapoto under the Public Works Act in 1910.
