Chill in the Park - School Holiday Fun!

Chill in the Park is back with some School Holiday Fun at the Western Community Centre! This year we have 18 Ton of Snow, Nawton's Got Talent, cool prizes and much more.
Bring a winter picnic or grab some tasty food from the range of food stalls we will have available. It’s an awesome fun family day out so come and celebrate winter and have a cool blast!
Just $3 per child to help us cover some of the costs of the day.
A Huge Thanks to The Southern Trust for supporting the event!

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
