Unprofessional: Spoil Me Hair and Beauty
Had a not so nice experience at Spoil Me Hair and Beauty last Sunday when they didn't honor their time commitment. She picked up a walk in client in place of our booked appointment. No communication with us while me and my wife were sitting there waiting. All disappeared into the side room with this client and no one checked or attended me for 25 min. No apologies from them either when I complained. Rather pretty casual attitude saying that she will extend my massage time. Left feeling completely disgusted by their unprofessional attitude. Won't recommend their service to anyone.
