Appalling courier service pass the parcrel

I don't know what sort of monkey runs this service but I purchased an item on trademe and the seller sent it from Hamilton going to Hamilton. it was picked up on 04/01/23 and not yet been delivered.
Pass the Parcel is done via PostHaste and the response from them has not been great.

"The Hamilton branch are having huge issues hence the major delays and the courier currently also has large amounts of freight to get through."
