Tendency for Path of Least Resistance in Government
Path of Least Resistance is a very common trait for systems and organisations like the Council. If you've ever been frustrated by a decision that appeared dramatic but still didn't address the actual problem, it was likely due to this attribute at play. The trick is to make it easier (or no more difficult) to address the actual root cause, than it is to make a show of solving the problem. I believe councillors can influence council decisionmaking in this direction. Please vote for candidates who would be willing to take on the hard mahi of fighting against this tendency.

Whether it’s a courgette takeover or a feijoa frenzy, don’t let those garden gems go to waste!
Our suggestion to you: Did you know you can grate and freeze excess courgettes to use in chocolate cake later? It sounds a bit dodgy, but it makes the cake incredibly moist ... and hey, it counts as a serving of veg, right? 🍫
