Poll: Are you a good skipper?

Libby Totton Reporter from Waikato Times

Sacha Willetts is set to make history this July as the first person to represent New Zealand at the World Jump Rope Championships in Kawasaki City, Japan.

The Thames-based athlete, 40, will compete on the global stage in what marks a major milestone for both her personal journey and the growth of jump rope as a competitive sport in Aotearoa.

Are you a good skipper? Tell us more in the comments (adding NFP if you don't want your words used in print).

Got more greens than you know what to do with? 🥦🌱🥕

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Whether it’s a courgette takeover or a feijoa frenzy, don’t let those garden gems go to waste!

Our suggestion to you: Did you know you can grate and freeze excess courgettes to use in chocolate cake later? It sounds a bit dodgy, but it makes the cake incredibly moist ... and hey, it counts as a serving of veg, right? 🍫
