Mōrena, neighbours! This morning the Hamilton Central Library reopened after being closed for 20 months for earthquake strengthening. What does the reopening mean to you and your family? I'd love to hear your comments.

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
