In New Zealand we have a highly contagious disease known as Rabbit Calicivirus Disease (RCD), also known as Rabbit Viral Haemorrhagic Disease (HVD). This is invariably lethal in all rabbits.
It is easily spread and infected rabbits can spread it through faeces, urine, saliva, nasal discharge and blood. The main vector for transmission of the disease are flies.
Most rabbits die very quickly within a few days and often without showing any obvious clinical signs before they die.
There are 3 strains of the virus in New Zealand and we have available a vaccine that will offer good immunity against 2 of the strains, sadly no vaccine is 100% effective.
Vaccination can be started at 10-12wks of age with just 1 vaccine required yearly. If starting vaccines before 10-12wks of age, then they will need a booster every 3wks until they reach 12wks of age.

Still cuts grass but could do with a sharpen, has a bit of age, rubber handles could be better, and rubber roller has split on one end
Owned it for about 7 years but very little use now. Was $399 from the warehouse - large 29-inch wheels, includes helmet, and key and chain. still in good order
