A vacant plot-turned-eyesore in central Hamilton is in limbo as its sale is negotiated, but the rubbish hasn’t stopped piling up.

While a sale outcome is said to be two to six months away, another clean-up is coming at 728 Victoria Street “if all goes well”, according to the man responsible for the site.
