Learn about the world's great faith and belief traditions. EarthDiverse is pleased to announce its Term 2 course “Understanding Islam”, which provides a detailed and objective introduction to the history, texts, beliefs and practices of the Islamic faith. This course meets on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm beginning on 11 May. Both in-person and on-line distance-learning options available via Zoom. Our second Term 2 course is an in-person course only offered in Te Awamutu, entitled “Contemporary Belief and Practice.” This course meets on alternate Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm beginning on 19 May. How much does it cost to join AEA?
There are no dues or fees for joining AEA or attending AEA meetings. We are self-supporting through our own voluntary contributions. At some point during each meeting we pass the basket to help cover expenses, such as the cost of rent and literature. Members are not obliged to contribute, but we usually do so to the extent we are able.
