BRAND NEW GENERATOR

Debi from Hamilton East

This generator served its purpose with the recent power outages and saved us a lot of frozen food. We don't see any immediate use for it in the near or far future so we are happy to give it to someone at a great deal and to give it a new home. It is, as you can see, a Power Line PG3600E. It will have to be picked up. It comes with 8L of fuel in the tank and another 10L of fuel in the fuel can plus 4L of oil for topping up plus nozzle. The warranty papers haven't been filed so they can be completed and sent on. It has one outlet.

Price: $500

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
